Learn about the Menstrual cycle

The best way to make positive change is to learn in community.

We offer one on one and group classes for women in their reproductive years.

 

When you take part in one of these classes one of these classes you will develop a deeper understanding of your body, and learn how to read the symptoms that she gives you instead of suppressing them. This will make it possible for you to partner with your body in order to build the life you want and move on form painful periods. 

 

You will come away from this class with a greater respect for all of the amazing things that your body dose for you every day and an appreciation for this for the gift of the Menstrual Cycle.

Class Details

Content

  • Learn about the four phases of the menstrual cycle and the ways that they mirror the natural world. 

  • Learn how these about the strengths and challenges that accompany each phase that accompany these phases and the strategy that you can use you thrive in threw out the entire month. 

  • Learn about the ways that the menstrual cycle can unequally impact with mental health conditions and neurodivergent individuals. 

  • Learn key words and language that is helpful when communication with health providers.

  • Discover ways that the your life style can be negatively impacting your menstrual wellness and gather skills that will help you support your body and reduce or eliminate symptoms. â€‹ 

Activity

  In this class we will make a bracelet that represents the four phase of the menstrual cycle. This will help you connect with the information that you will learn and be a reminder in your day to day life.
